Well located in the centre of Hiroshima, HOTEL GRANVIA HIROSHIMA SOUTH GATE provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. great location just by Hiroshima station, easy to hop on to tram/train/buses. also have Minamoa shopping mall just besides it so plenty of food options as well. sound insulation generally good and staff were especially polite and well trained.

This is a really neat, pleasant hotel. It's very comfortable and has great laundry facilities in the apartment (but seperate from the living/sleeping area). It's located right near the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. It also has a tram stop a few minutes walk away. The centre of the city is a few minutes walk the other side of the Peace Park. Oddly, for an unmanned hotel, we can give the staff top marks. The one staff member we ran into onsite was great and also helped us out of a bit of a jam. Also, as it is unmanned, a lot of thought has gone into anticipating the needs of clients. As a result, everything we needed was provided for.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was, really great rooms, super friendly staff, a washmachine and dryer in your room to use for free, wow! On booking.com, the hotel comes accross as a bit shabby, but it is not at all. Everything is very new, spacious and well maintained.
