This was a wonderful experience, staying in a Japanese house with our gracious host. The food was amazing, both dinner and breakfast.

Migiwatei Ochi Kochi in Fukuyama features 4-star accommodation with massage services and a terrace. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented and portions were generous. The hotel did not forget the two dishes we added when we booked the hotel. The added dishes of fried sea bream bones and the braised fish head were nicely prepared and were very good value for money. The quality of the dishes was superb. Most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I wish I had time for one more night! Must come back.

The hotel is really nice, well-located right next to everything important, and in a peaceful area. The breakfast was also great. I also would like to add, that Taka, the guy that attended us at the reception was really nice and helpful to all the questions and doubts we had, and recommended us a couple of local restaurants that were great! Thank you! We would go stay again without hesitation.
