A 10-minute drive from Kintetsu Nara Train Station on the hotel’s free shuttle, Mikasa offers open-air baths and a dining room with beautiful Nara views. On-site parking is free. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, the experience was amazing and the staff were incredibly attentive. If you want a Ryokan experience with a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner, plus onsen. Then do yourself a favour and treat yourself to Mikasa, it was truly the best part of our trip in Japan. I highly recommend paying the extra bit to get a room with the private onsen bath it was heavenly.

Amazing amazing place with the most amazing staff. Staying here was an experience not just a place to sleep. It was so personal and comfortable, clean and special. Our favorite stay in over a month of traveling Japan. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nara Natural Hot Spring is set in Nara, within 500 metres of Nara Station and 18 km of Iwafune Shrine. The hotel is located just next to the train station and on the other side of the stqtion is the main street that goes up to Nara park. The staff where really nice, the food was amazing and the onsen was nice.

Great location 2 minute walk from the train station. There are many popular places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was included and it was pretty decent. Not as many amenities as other hotels but really good value for your money.

Only a 1-minute walk from the east exit of JR Nara Train Station, the modern Super Hotel Lohas boasts a natural hot-spring bath and a breakfast with fresh-baked bread. Fantastic outdoor onsen and great location with all the amenities nearby plus the station beneath.
