The hotel staff are very polite and can speak good english. The facilities are super, out of my expectations. Room are big and clean. Love the private outdoor onsen so much, the public onsen is very good too. Luckily we stay for 2 nights to enjoy the stay.

The owner and his mother were so kind, they gave us many advice and news about the current event and matsuri. The house is a lovely japanese one with a nice view on the river. It was very big and comfortable for our family. All necessary equipment (bath, laundry, towels, kitchen..);and also nice gifts 😁. It also work like a small conbini as you can buy noodle, drinks whatever you need in the house.
