The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. We felt home from the first moment, the property is Well mantained , the lodge was superb, beds super comfortable. Acacia Hotel is in a very good location, by the Talek River and it is very convenient to take a hot air balloon in the morning. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, equipped with emergency lights at night. The staff are super enthusiastic. As soon as we get off the car, they will hand us hot towels and drinks. The restaurant is my favorite, very good taste and there are many kinds of buffets. The desserts are quite delicious. It is even more interesting to book a bush dinner in advance. There is also a big antelope in the hotel, and you will see it leisurely walking by you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our rooms were absolutely big, clean and the beds were comfy. The food is top notch from breakfast to dinner. The staff were above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and they made sure we had a lovely stay.
