Located in Battambang, Au Cabaret Vert is an eco-friendly hotel which offers bungalows with private patio. It features a 55 m² pool with a completely natural filtering system and tropical gardens. It seems to be in a small green oasis. The staff speaks perfectly english and french, the bungalow was very spacious, clean and fresh. Beautiful pool too. I only had lunch but it was delicious. I think au cabaret vert is a perfect get away to immerse in a quiet garden. PS: try the homemade jam! I wish i had time to taste more dishes xx

Located in the heart of Battambang, about a 3-minute drive by Tuk Tuk from the city centre, Moloppor Villa offers courtyard-style accommodations with a shared kitchen and a garden with outdoor seating... Really nice hotel, tucked away off a main road. It's far enough back though, that the noise from the road is not an issue at all. The pool is a great size and has a jacuzzi. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Royal Hotel is in the heart of Battambang city, within easy access from various tourist attractions. I had a most wonderful time at the Hotel Royal, excellent located near the art deco Central market. I was very happy with my big room, very clean and very well priced. Most of all I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and hospitality of the family owner, very warm people. Tip: do not book your Bambootrain activity online, but go for a local tuktukdriver, such as Mr Han. Well recommended this hotel!

Designed to look like a Khmer Buddhist Temple, The Sanctuary Villa Battambang offers an outdoor pool. Fitted with free WiFi, air-conditioned villas present a mix of modern and traditional decor. The rooms are beautiful and a great price for the quality of the accommodation. The pool was very nice and the unique style of the villas gave an authentic Battambang experience. I recommend this place to any travellers going to Battambang.

A lovely oasis of calm - beautiful rooms, great pool and friendly staff who were very helpful organizing a tuk-tuk tour for us. The room was especially nice - very clean and comfortable. The staff helped sort out any minor issues we had and we really enjoyed our stay.

Situated in Battambang, less than 1 km from Colonial Buildings, Star Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. It’s crazy cheap, and the rooms are huge! Everything was spotless and really comfortable. The staff are also amazing, as seems to be the case in all of Cambodia everyone is really friendly and helpful. I thought I’d left my headphones in the room when we checked out and the staff went above and beyond checking the room high and low and even calling me to let me know what was going on. It turns out I’d thrown them in the bottom of my bag in a hurry… but it just shows the kindness of people, I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful! Also, if you want a tour whilst you’re in Battambang then try and find Mr Dara. He’s the best tour guide we’ve had in SE Asia and he usually hangs around in the centre of town and outside the hotel.
