I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Chann Mey. Everyone was kind, reliable, and always smiling. That experience left such a strong impression that I chose to stay here again for the last night of this trip. This time I saw some new staff members, but they were just as friendly. I was especially happy that Ms. Chann Mey still remembered me. I think my room may have been upgraded—if so, thank you so much for that. I originally planned to stay longer, but due to tightening border restrictions between Cambodia and Thailand, I decided to leave early by air and could only stay one night. Siem Reap is my favorite place in the world. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll stay here again. The hotel is beautifully clean. I’ve stayed at five or six other places in Siem Reap, but this one is always spotless. The building is new, and the staff constantly keep everything, including the pool, in perfect condition.
