This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

Featuring a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the pool, Casa Cactus Buenavista is set in Bacalar and offers accommodation with free WiFi. The hotel and the territory was great. We stayed with a 1 yo baby, who enjoyed the garden and the pool. A comfortable crib was also provided. A great breakfast was freshly made every morning. It’s a bit distant from the city, so make sure you have a car. Overall, highly recommended, will do again.

Everything was top notch! Super luxurious Amazing service and the spa experience was WAW! I was so scared about food and beverage as i have a sensitive stomach but the variety is super and i ate and drank everything even ice it was the best experience

Situated just 5.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Lumina at LOSANTOS Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to pool with a view, a fitness centre, as well as full-day security. This place is amazing! Beautiful both inside and out. You get the sun all day with balconies at both sides of the property. There was everything we needed to cook and do washing. It was very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves every time we went.

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Hotel Casa Hormiga features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Bacalar. We particularly liked the energy of the place and the staff. We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.
