The staff is extremely kind and attentive. The spa pool is amazing and the view of the Agua volcano from the spa restaurant is gorgeous. This area feels like paradise. The hotel is large and has so many beautiful spots to just be in peace and quiet. The cleaning staff to a great job at keeping the place spotless.

The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming.
