I worked at a Festival in Borre (10 minutes by car) and Horten Apartment was the official Festival Hotel. They offered extended breakfast until 12 :D Room was very clean and pretty and comfortable. Little soaps and creams available for showering. The beds were fresh and clean and I slept super good.

Set just 10 km from Preus Museum, Dal Gjestegaard offers accommodation in Horten with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Quiet place for a piece of mind. A small hiccups during check-in but mostly vecause we arrived later than expected and out of season. Still, the place is exceptional.

Rjukan Hytteby is situated in the center of Rjukan. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park. Kitchen had plates, cutlery, pots and pans. Beds comfortable.
