We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The room and bed were super comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast on the patio was great. We were able to do laundry while there, too, which was a nice bonus. The owner was a very nice lady, quite helpful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again one day!

Kaiteriteri Reserve Apartments is set in Kaiteriteri overlooking the golden sand beach. The accommodation is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. The apartment was nicely set up with everything we needed.

Waitapu Springs B&B is set in Takaka and features a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. This 3-star bed and breakfast features a spa experience, with its sauna and hot tub. Absolutely loved my stay with Marie and Serge. They were very warm and welcoming and were super helpful with any questions I had. The spa facilities were an amazing extra touch to this b&b. So dreamy to relax under a starry night sky in the hot tub after a long day and sweat everything off in the sauna. Very elaborate and delicious breakfast options. Would 100% recommend this lovely place in a beautiful location!!

Patons Rock Beach Villas is a 3-star property located in Takaka. This villa offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Beautiful garden and surrounds - we relaxed and spent time in the sun. The owners were really interested in their guests, friendly and approachable for any discussion or questions. The location and facilities met our expectations, such that everything was provided to allow us to self cater. Centrally located with the shops and supermarket all within an easy walk. I would recommend people visiting the Takaka area to stay at this motel.

Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Our chalet was so comfortable and spacious. We loved the timber ceiling and big windows overlooking the rocks and gardens. Our cabin was very private and quiet.
