The bathroom was spacious with a separate large jet tub. The bed was fabulous and entire room spacious. There was even an outdoor patio. This was an unexpected pleasure. The room was spotless and seemed brand new. Great location just a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants fronting the lake. Christine and Dave were friendly and helpful. Located just 49 km from Rotorua International Stadium, 5 Acres B&B offers accommodation in Tokoroa with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Fabulous BnB, we felt very welcome by Jacinta and her two very special miniature schnauzers Zoe and Jess. Breakfast was also excellent. Very comfortable bed and facilities very clean.
