This modern hotel is located in the Panamanian city of David, just 3 minutes’ walk from Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park. It offers a fitness centre, a sauna and an outdoor pool. Very centric location, all crew members were very responsive and customer obsses. Room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

The staff were phenomenal and allowed me to check-in a bit earlier than expected with no extra fee. Also, the hotel was pet friendly as advertised, located close to a Romero grocery store, and offered an included breakfast that left me feeling ready to take on the day ahead!

Hotel Isla Verde in Boquete features 4-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The hotel also offers free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing staff who were only to happy to help with anything including booking tours, directions, restaurant recommendation etc. fabulous!

Offering a daily breakfast buffet with variety of cold, hot and healthy stations, Aranjuez Hotel & Suites is located only 5 minutes’ from Enrique Malek International Airport in David. The value for the dinners was excellent. I ordered something different every night and each meal was excellent. There was a problem with the elevator going to the main lobby and the staff made sure that I was able to reach the main lobby with no issues. The staff only found solutions to problems.

Providing garden views, Naturalmente Boutique Bungalows y Cocina Mediterránea in Las Lajas provides accommodation, water sports facilities, a garden and a bar. Everything. From the moment I arrived until after I’d extended to a third night. Everything exceeded my expectations. Chantal and Giorgio are hospitality ‘naturals’. Upon my arrival, Chantal met me halfway along the path (rather than wait for me to find her) and greeted me warmly, guided me back to the restaurant area and offered me a glass of water. Usually upon arrival at a hotel, I’m automatically prepared to offer my passport followed by prepayment of my accommodation. Not at Naturalmemte! My bungalow was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed at in over the last year of travel in SE Asia and Sth America. It is thoughtfully designed and appointed with everything I’d want, from toiletries to a fridge and coffee plunger. I spent two days in the hammock hanging at the front of the bungalow reading a novel selected from the hotels small library. The occasional swim in the clean pool kept me refreshed. Breakfast, included in the tariff, was superb. Chilled juice, great coffee, plentiful selection of fresh fruit, two cereals, sourdough (yes, real bread) toast with cream cheese and thinly sliced cold meat or/and a selection of jams plus homemade chocolate cake. No eggs wanted or needed for me but there is further add ons if you desire. Three reasonably priced dinners - each memorable. Chantal and Giorgio make their own pasta (Giorgio is Italian trained) with their menu being based on Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. A welcome change from chicken or chicken….. The peaceful setting at Naturalmemte rejuvenated me completely. Highly recommended.

The grounds, the house, the people - all wonderful. Cannot wait to return. If you're able, take the guided hike down into the canyon and along the river!

Located on the banks of the Palo Alto River, this hotel offers stylish accommodation with free Wi-Fi in a rural setting. The town of Boquete is just 3 minutes’ drive away. It was so clean and very nice. The staff was overly attentive.

Boasting sea views, Boca Chica BnB at Gone Fishing Panama Resort offers accommodation with water sports facilities, an infinity pool and a garden, around 2.6 km from Playa Arena Bonita. Nice big pool with a wonderful view! Liked the facilities so much that we stayed an extra night or two.
