The hotel was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was in a nice quiet area so it wasn’t noisy at night. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We chose to do our hike privately and not with a group tour and Edisson (reception staff) helped us organise the private taxi the day before with no issues. We also left very early one morning at 5am for one of our hikes and the hotel organised a packed lunch for us as we were going to miss breakfast. If you are staying in Huarez, i highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are all very nice. But above all is Zarela - such a wonderful woman. She gave me a lot of good tips, and I really enjoyed our conversations. 10 out of 10 !!!

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, highest standard than anything else we've had in Peru so far. It was lovely to see all the animals and great to have access to coffee all day.
