Resort was beautifully presented, comfy beds, great location right on the ocean, excellent well-maintained facilities. We arrived sick, and housekeeping staff could not have been more supportive and accommodating of our requests. Will definitely stay again!

Came here for a dive trip and was blown away by literally everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Greeting you with smiles, a calamansi shake when you check in, cold water when you come back from your dives, which is such a god send after a day of diving. The folks at the dive shop are amazing we did 3 consecutive days of diving which included a day trip to Apo island and we loved it. We were extremely taken care of by Kenneth the dive shop manager and Jun our divemaster. The dive sites showcase the diverse creatures in the waters of the Philippines and Jun helped us spot even the smallest critters. Jun made sure we had fun, were safe, hydrated and well fed. On top of that the restaurant on Salum is FANTASTIC! We ate almost all of our meals there. My wife is Filipino and we enjoyed well made classic dishes here! We tried the seafood sinigang, lamb adobo, beef steak, halo-halo, bangus, leche flan, turon, mango shake and a few more - honestly they were all excellent! Lastly, the villas are so quiet and luxurious, the bed is comfy, and has everything you need in it. I highly recommend Salum and their dive shop and restaurant. I already want to come back and will tell my family here about it! Thank you Salum team - Stevie and Chin, for taking great care of us and ensuring we had an amazing stay. Salamat po!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, A's Place - Your Private Resort! is set in Valencia. We really loved our time here, situated up the mountain away from the noise and heat was perfect, close to all the great trekking trails and waterfalls all within walking distance, the place itself was immaculately clean and “A” Adrian is a very easy going and polite guy who gave us great recommendations for food and waterfalls to see. We were sad to leave after just 5 nights and would definitely come back as the area was our favourite in the Philippines.

Situated within 3 km of Robinsons Place Dumaguete and 800 metres of Negros Convention Center, PVL Suites features rooms in Dumaguete. We had booked this as we had been up since 2am and were trying to get a ferry to Siquijor which was fully booked. We chose this out of never due to its proximity to the port and price point. This turned out to be a gem. The property was clean and the bed was large it had a 7/11 downstairs and also a cafe too. The staff were so helpful, they let us check in early so we could sleep. And called a tuk tuk for us when it was time to leave for the ferry, as well as giving us helpful tips regarding the ferry. If only I had remembered because I would’ve left Siquijor earlier and then stayed the night again before flying out to Coron.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Vida Homes Condo Resort is located in Dauin in the Visayas Region, 15 km from Dumaguete. Siquijor is 27 km away. The apartment was spacious and homey. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, especially the service staff in the restaurant. Very lovely garden with a big swimming pool, the view of the sea from the balcony is quite stunning. I would like to go back and stay for a few more days.

Large and well equipped room (we stay in Guimaras room), good quality of bed mattress. Many choices of foods and wines at restaurant. Helpful & smiling waitress & staff. The diving was very interesting and rich in discovery of species. Thanks to the guides and Cédric for sharing this, making/sharing photos. I will come back here without hesitation. Also have massages done by professionals.

I didn't like the place, I loved it! This is one of the nicest place I've stayed in Dumaguete. The facilities are all good and excellemtly working. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

Henia Hotel is set in Dumaguete, 300 metres from Quezon Park and 400 metres from Dumaguete Cathedral. The 2 family rooms I booked were connected to each other which made our stay even better and easier! Staff are great and accommodating! Breakfast was also good and it’s in a good location!
