The staff are incredible - before and during my stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Emoyeni Gardens provides beachfront accommodation in São Tomé. This property also boasts a restaurant and a year-round outdoor pool. All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.... Loved this small boutique hotel. Run by a dedicated family since its inception and it has everything you need in a hotel. The service is beyond exceptional. The wifi, air conditioning, showers, large rooms, and continental breakfast are perfect and the location is within walking distance of many restaurants and local sites. They even have a small bar with a great selection and my favourite , São Tomé national beer. Highly recommended.

Located by the beach on Sao Tome Island in the Gulf of Guinea, Omali Lodge provides elegant rooms and free WiFi access. We fully recommend Omali!!! Everything exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with our room, and the staff in charge dealt with the situation within minutes. They gave us a different room, which was more than perfect. Our experience was excellent. Food and drinks were alsofive5 stars. We could use our Visa card for the payments there. Thank you ever so much for having us. We are coming back.

700 metres from Emília Beach, Apartamento Vista Mar is a recently renovated property located in São Tomé and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The host was there and he helped me move in, despite the language barrier. The location is great, everything is within walking distance and we felt safe, comfortable and it was clean.

Hotel Vitoria features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in São Tomé. This hotel is a perfect location just beside the airport. Eventhough for some it seems like walking distance, I do not recommend this on arrival, especially if your flight is late and it is dark outside. Rather take one of the cabs as you may miss it as tge sign is facing the side not seen from the airport. Rooms are big and comfy with aircon working perfectly. Hot water was always available. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and fresh. The highlight is definitelly the staff, that was really taking care and helping with our request. When the road to capital was closed due to bridge reconstruction, they even paid a motorbike to lead us the right way :)
