Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Location is perfect if you need to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport quickly, but it also feels like a nice little escape from the city. Definitely a place I’d stay again!

There are many good points about this hotel. The friendly, efficient staff, who dealt with my check-in rapidly as I arrived were particularly good and played an important role in making my stay a pleasant one. The room I was allocated was immaculately clean in all respects. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. There is plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. There is also a kitchenette, large screen TV and very modern looking phone charging tables either side of the bed with good room lighting options too. Across the road is a 7/11 and Pak Nam BTS station is very close by. Overall, I love staying at this hotel and will use it again when I am in town. I would say, for my purposes, the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Worth a mention again, the staff are outstanding ... thank you all, and the drinks served in the lobby café are delicious. See you again soon.

The facilities were amazing along with the staff. The pool was the centre of attraction which we used for an entire day 😃 The airport shuttle was available for every guest n taken care well. They also packed us breakfast while we were off to the airport. Overall a great experience.

Considering the cost of my stay, it was great value for money. A very relaxing two nights' stay here before a busy week of conferences and meetings in Bangkok. Fantastic view of the airport from the room. Usually I just can't get comfortable in most hotel beds but this bed/pillow combination was one of the best I have slept on. Great breakfast and room service offering too. But it was Max who really made the difference... he messaged me personally via WhatsApp after my flight landed to ensure I found the correct location for the shuttle bus. At the same time he mentioned that I have been upgraded to a suite with airport view, and even arranged for the air conditioning to be switched on to cool the room in time for my arrival. Great service - even before I got to the hotel! During my stay and even after I have checked-out, Max stayed in touch and checked if everything was OK.
