The staff are very welcoming and friendly. they book for us the tours around the Capaddocia (red tour and ATV and ofcourse the Balloon ride). The shower is big.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. We had a perfect stay in Panoramic Cave Hotel. Staff was very attentive before and during our stay, they helped us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel is very good, it has incredible views of Goreme, including of the balloons in the morning. The bedrooms are very spacious in cave style, with a good decoration. We highly recommend it!!

The property and the staff are amazing the people on reception are very welcoming and make you feel like our home. Especially the guy name hakan who is always available at the service. They also surprised my wife with a birthday which we did not even ask for i was amazed with their hospitality. I would highly recommend this property in all terms very silent and a good view specially the hot tub inside the room and the room no 301 which has a private terrace. Thank you all keep it up

The accommodation is very nice and host is very sweet. I would recommend this place to stay during cappadocia visit.

Situated in Goreme, Ala Stone House has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. It's located near the town center, the view around the hotel is quite quaint and beautiful. Staffs are super friendly and nice. They took care of me with genuine kindness. We accidentally missed a night bus and I asked the staff if we can extend one more night, the room was fully ready when we finally got back to the hotel and I felt appreciative for their service. The staff guy also gave us nice information about touristic sights near the town. Even asking him for a car rental service and he was ready to call a person for us. Room is beautiful. Tidy, clean and spacious. it's nice to look at the window as hot air balloons rise up each morning. Breakfast is authentic, I enjoyed it so much and could say that it was one of my fav breakfast in my turkey trip.

The decor and style is modern yet you still feel like you are in the rustic caves of thousands of years ago. Everything was beyond spotless. The shower is roomy and the bathroom in general has plenty of counter space (a feature I often find lacking in Europe!) There is a couch and tv as well as a mini fridge in the room. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful view and nice, plentiful seating. The best part is Eren and his staff. He went out of his way to help me book personalized experiences, recommend restaurants, make reservations for me, cancel and rebook things when I changed my mind, even ordered my dinner for delivery to my room one night. I couldn't have asked for better service. And the icing on the cake is the sweet little shaggy black pup that lives on the property. She is SO friendly and cute you can't help but smile every time she comes running out to greet you. Eran, thank you so much for making my time in Cappadocia truly amazing. I will never forget it!
