Facilities is the best among all the hotels i stayed in Taiwan! The combination of bath and city view is unwatchable. There is also complimentary beer. It deserves the reputation as the best in Kaohsiung for sure!

The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market. My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!

EVERYTHING!!! The free supper, breakfast and 24 hr ice cream and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was first class with a bidet toilet, bathtub and shower jets. I would stay at Kindness Hotel every time if I had the opportunity. Very good value for the price!
