Set in Murphy, Stonebrook Lodge Murphy offers a casino. This 3-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. We just kept saying how happy we were staying there. Our time spent was 4 nights of complete comfort. The lobby had such a warm and cozy feeling, like home. The front desk staff were all kind and engaging... actually, very nice and funny, they could not have been more accommodating. The room was large and very well appointed. The wet bar was a Bonus, and gave lots of extra space for our needs. The bathroom was also large, we were never cramped when trying to use the sink and counter at the same time. We will definitely be back.

Conveniently located in Asheville, The Flat Iron Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. I loved the history and all the extra touches. Somehow I left my water bottle there and have been sad because it was so neat!

Situated in Durham, 4.1 km from Duke University, Hampton Inn & Suites Durham University Medical Center features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and barbecue... We stayed here for a week with a group of 28 basketball boys attending a camp at Duke, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. Breakfast was great every day – a perfect way to start our packed schedule. Special shout-out to Mimi and Pricilla for their outstanding care and kindness. Pricilla, in particular, showed endless patience with the boys (ages 13–14). My family and I were there accompanying our son, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Everything ran smoothly, and the hospitality truly stood out. It's the little touches that made the experience extra special – from the board games set out in the lobby during the evenings, to the fresh cookies in the afternoon, the guest-use grills, and the fun outdoor games in the patio area. Thank you for everything!
