The staff is friendly and helpful .One of the young sweetie polite staff helped to solve the toilet bowl clogged problem. She is very helpful and pleasant. When we check out, the grab driver can't locate the hotel since it is a bit remote .. She helped us to instruct the driver since we don't speak vietnamese language. Lastly the driver took more than 15 minutes to locate the hotel .

Staff were lovely, helpful and the hotel is very charming. Rooms are cozy and comfy. They have a cute cafe attached to the hotel with good items. The place feels safe, water was hot in the shower (it's needed cause it gets chilly in da lat) Ngoc the staff was very sweet and Profesional. We rented a bike with them to go around but grab works well there too. The lobby was very cute and nice decorations. Overall great value 👌

He will check on your well-being and offer any assistance if needed when you are out and about. It is the little genuine gestures that we really appreciate :) Hotel: Room 503 is clean (inspect under the bed and it tells all), comfortable bed, bathroom no issues with plumbing. Small TV with English channels. This hotel does not have a restaurant. Location: 10 minutes walk to City centre & Night market. Small convenient shops nearby to pick up extra water/sodas, snacks, basic drystores/amenities etc. Popular Lien Hoa bakery (5am to 1am) and AN Cafe (Western & Local fare) close proximity for your breakfast fix. Local eateries around as well. Noise: Trraffic volume dips after 8pm. Hotel is not situated near major roads or traffic junctions.

Lovely climate in Dalat, so happy to have some fresh air from window. Don’t need an aircon, fan is plenty (in off season anyway). Room is nice and clean, bedside table / wardrobe / desk. Towels and water provided daily. We kept extending our stay. 10 min walk away from walking st / markets / lake. Lots of dining options and mart not even 100m away. Staff helpful w calling the shuttle bus we booked ourselves to help organise pick up. We also rented bike from property I think between 120-150k /day.
