I was injured in a bicycling accident and the staff were amazing, they drove me to the local hospital and explained the situation to the doctor, and stayed with me until I had been treated, they even covered the cost of the hospital visit because I didn't have money with me! The rooms are large, airy and clean, with good views. The location is ideal, right next to the town center, but not too noisy. There are very good restaurants only a few doors down.

I really like the architecture of this building. The staffs are very friendly, helpful. They helped us so much, especially the little girl who wears glasses. You can rent a motorbike here or borrow a bicycle for free.

Beds are good. Very clean. Nice and helpful people. I appreciated the direct acces to the river to swim in with stairs made from stone and a table and bench next to it. The hotel is about 2 km from the center of Phong Nha. There are three restaurants within 100m distance including the hotel itself and also many little stores. I really liked the lively atmosphere on the street with not so many tourists but kids playing there.
