I regret taking the 2 days and 1 night. I would definitely choose the 3 days 2 nights option after this amazing experience.

We arrived at 5 AM and they were so kind to check us in so early ! They helped us with getting multiple buses as well! There is a cute café for breakfast right underneath with great food and coffee! Located very close to the beach! Our stay was amazing.

This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.

It holds itself to an international 5-star-standard. The rooms and all the facilities were completely clean and modern. The design was beautiful and the staff super nice. Gym and pool were good too. The spa is great too, the let us have a private sauna and jacuzzi which both was super clean and with a great smell. If i am ever back in Halong i will definitely book this hotel again!

The breakfast here offers a variety of options, and the hotel owner was very helpful. The room I booked had two large beds, which were very comfortable for our family of four. My children really enjoyed the Vietnamese pho. The pool is on the 6th floor, and you can walk to the beach from there.
