Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa is a rustic resort in a tranquil area of Thua Thien Hue. I love this hotel! It’s a beautiful property ,10 minutes away from the imperial citadel by taxi. The hotel provides shuttle service going to the city center. The staff is very welcoming and the service excellent. We got a room upgrade when we arrived to the pool villa which was situated right beside their heated pool. The property has 2 pools and their heated pool was pleasantly warm even in chilly January weather. We had free 30 minute daily massages that were extremely relaxing after a long day of walking to see the sights. Cristy , the assistant general manager, and Claudia at the reception area were very kind and accommodating. They connected with us daily and ensured that we had an amazing stay in their hotel.

Located in Hue city centre, this hotel is just a 5-minute drive to the Huong River and Trang Tien Bridge. Featuring a garden, it offers air-conditioned accommodation and an in-house restaurant. My plus was that this property offered restaurant dining right next to the pool. This meant, I could sit and relax while watching my children swim. Shallow to deep pool. Dining so close - I could stand up and dip my foot in the pool. Prob my fav room in my 2.5 week stay. Spacious for two adults and two boys aged 10 yrs. Clean, air con top notch. Staff were awesome, one of 4 accom customer service during our Vietnam stay in several cities. Hotel restaurant offers western/Vietnamese and is REALLY GOOD food. Highly recommend this property for families. Located close to amenities, walking or grab easy. 10 mins from train station, close to airport. If I was back in Hue, this is where I would stay.
