    The beds were really comfy and the apartments were clean. The design of the apartments were very modern and the rooms were spacious. It is only a short drive away from the slopes of Bad Kleinkirchheim. Our host was really helpful and communicative before and also during our stay.

    Everything, but mainly the quality of the kitchen equipment, the house is very warm and cozy, even without always running the heaters, the easy digital check in, the view. This is truly a great place to stay during winter.

    Excellent apartment, has everything one can need. It really shows that the hosts put some thought into decorating and equipping it, I don't think I would mind staying here for a few months even. The host was also super nice and chill and even let us do a late check out. Great place!

    Gorgeous view at the lake and a super friendly and helpful host! Floor heating with a thermostat is amazing. There's also a jacuzzi and a sauna to use freely, right next to the lake. There's cute ducks and even swans at the lake to keep you company as well! You can also order a "Brötchenservice" where the owner delivers freshly baked buns in the morning to your doorstep. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort is 15 minutes away by car, there's also buses going. Overall an amazing stay!

    Very nice house. Host gave all clear instructions. Easy to find. Wedid not took our towels but host arranged it quickly. It has benn very snowy days and was difficult to reach the house with 2wd car. But 4wd no problem. Also road and even parcking was cleaned imidiate. Very nice view. We had great holiday. Very nice experience. Perfect warm house well equiped.
