Owner and staff were all nice to me, being a senior, Asian American. Breakfast was buffet style with made to order eggs and bacon. Mountain view from balcony is big plus, it was clean and food was delicious. English is well spoken. It was a second stay at this hotel and will return again.

Hello :) We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Haidachhof, excellent position, fantastic services and outstanding spa experience ( the outdoorpool - hot drinks). Rooms are very cosy, designed to the detail. Hotel’s atmospher is very friendly-family like. We had half -board, but the hotel offers buffe services between 14:00 -17:00 which was amazing with great choice of tasty dishes hot and cold. Breakfasts and dinners are great. Dinner service with lovely presentation of the main dishes and again bufe with wide variety of cold and hot dishes. Thank you and we hope to see you again ❤️ Lucy + Martin

Everything,The apt size, cleanliness , nice furniture we'll mantined, all amenities are available, the coffee machine🙂 and the sunna and whirlpool. Everything was perfect! Great service and super kind, helpful and friendly personel. The apartment is well located, close to ski bus stop and the center of the city with beautifull view on the mountines. We strongly reccomend if you look for great place to stay and relax!

    Very nice and big apartment. Owner is very nice and kind, who prepared some games for kids, bought us some basic food and even baked pie for us and other guests.... At the end we have received even some presents.... Accomodation is at the begging of the Zillertal valley so you need to drive or use public transportation to get further to the valley or to the ski slopes. On the other hand, close to the highway, aquapark and stores.... Building has the elavator if you have a lot of stuff or if it is heavy. Also garden wher kids can play....

    We enjoyed our relaxing stay at the Malerhaus so much. It was wonderful to go up to the pool, relax on the room balcony and chill in the tv room. We made use of the large fitness suite and the sauna with incredible views. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed.

    Booked 2 twin rooms last minute and they were very accommodating. A few hours before arrival I asked for an extra bed in one of the rooms and they were able to confirm that straight away and gave us rooms next to one another as we were with children. Half board dinner was tasty and good value. We only stayed one night but the accommodation is very well kept, clean and and comfortable. Bathrooms large and modern.
