The room was well designed, very big, with big bath and a private sauna. All the rooms has a view and this is a genius architecture design. We had a pool bag with towels, there’s also eco friendly Shampoo and body lotion. There’s a small terrace to drink coffee/ to eat. The breakfast was very good and with big variety of food. You can also order omelettes/boiled eggs/ scrambled eggs/pancakes/porridge from the kitchen. The stuff we’re very friendly. The swimming pool has amazing view (indoor and outdoor) and there’s also sauna area with wet and dry Finnish sauna.

The location is great and the level of cleanliness is very, very high. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, the bed is very, very comfortable, you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud, the air conditioning is cold and suitable for the hot summer weather, and the host was classy in his dealings and quick to respond. The apartment really deserves to return and live in it the next time, and I highly recommend staying in it.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return

    Everything was great, the room, the equipment, breakfast, cleaning. Every little detail was counted. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt the personal touch that the managers gave us and all the gusts. They took care of all of our requests, and if we needed anything, all of our stay. The room was perfect for families. The best advantage was the Taurn Spa free tickets. We can't wait to return in our next ski vacation.

    Despite windy weather which impacted our Easter vacations skiing performance, we were happy to spend this time in Kaprun, mainly due to staying at "Felix". Apartament is bigger than I expected from photos. It is well equipped with anything that you could need during stay. Lot of smart storage/hanging solutions useful during ski vacations. Easy access and small patio to sit outside. Nice location, not in the center of city, but in walkable distance. Castle, oldtimers museum, Maiskogel slide - good places for afternoon walks.

    Our stay was great. Excellent accommodation, clean and quiet. The accommodation has everything we need and we didn't miss anything. The city center, cable cars and SPA are a few minutes away by car. We were completely satisfied and will definitely be back.

    Very warm and friendly staff who were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean and warm accommodation with good facilities. Location is just a few minutes walk from the center and ski lift but if you are feeling lazy then the ski bus stops directly opposite the accommodation. We gad a very enjoyable stay.

    Excellent clean, spacious accommodation in a perfect location. Access to the Tauern Spa was superb. Staff were all very helpful both before arrival when our ski locker was organised for us in advance and during our stay where everyone went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable.

    This hotel is best of the best. Amazing experience we had for our Christmas holiday. Food was outstanding, delicious and beautifully served. Everything was at the high level. We enjoyed every minute in this hotel. Thanks a lot to Ervin, he was our waiter for the entire holiday. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you Ervin. You made our stay even more beautiful. The spa was incredible. We travel a lot and we've been to many beautiful places but this spa was outstanding. Thank u to all your team Tauern Spa.

    This was the second time that we stayed in WeRent appartments in Kaprun, and as last year, the accommodation was very clean, everything we needed was there and we were located fantasticly to go to the Glacier or the Kaprun ski area. I can recommend this to anyone going to Kaprun or the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.
