The receptionist was very nice and explained everything in detail, we were even allowed to bring the car to the hotel door on checkout day to make it easier to load our luggage. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was available at the property if you wanted it. The restaurant attached to the hotel offered us discount during our stay (which was also available in their gift shop in the village). We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and had stunning views. We spent the afternoon in the village & chateau.
