I loved the apartment for its cleanliness and comfort with all the essential appliances. The location of the apartment is an advantage as it's close to all restaurants, bus stops and major places in town. The landlord was very caring and helpful; he assisted me via WhatsApp to find anything I needed and answered any questions I had. Thanks for the hospitality! I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and would rent it again if I ever visit Lugano in the future.

This house is indescribable, it is livable 😃 As if you were in your own home, the smallest details have been considered. It offers great comfort. There are detailed explanations about check-in and use of the house. Very clean. There is a washing machine / dryer. The market is only 230 m away. It has its own parking lot. I will definitely come back. As a family who loves to travel and travels a lot, this is the best place for my little children to stay. (Even they were amazed)

Owners are very courteous and responsive, check in was smooth and easy. Shelves in the kitchen and other rooms are labeled, so you can easily find everything you need. Towels, bathroom accessories are plenty. Plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking and storage. The apartment is renovated and comfy. The place is 5 mins away from a bus stop, 10 mins from a beautiful park and 30 mins of walking to the city center. Lidl, coop are 5-10 mins away from the apartment. The place was clean on arrival. Welcome coffee is a nice touch. One of the best place I've ever been to.

    Lovely little hotel with beautiful garden and excellent pool (mountain view!) close enough to Lugano centre and lake with all its activities. Very welcoming host, who also runs a good restaurant on the property. Compared to other accommodations in Lugano reasonably priced. Free parking on site. Also, we were given a Ticino-ticket by the host which gives you free public transport and a discount on the funiculaire. We had a great 3 night stay and would stay here again when in the area!

    Great location! Only steps away from the tram that takes you to and from the train station. Room was very clean and comfortable accommodations. They have a menu of complimentary pillows! Extremely friendly staff and great breakfast. Excellent cocktails at the bar- highly recommend.

    Excellent apartment, we very much enjoyed our stay! Super clean (probably the most clean holiday home we ever stayed at), comfy beds, a lot of space, and well-equipped kitchen. Also very close to a really good bakery. Check-in and parking worked perfectly. Ana was very friendly and helpful :) The place is a short walk to the lake and the city center, but that was no problem for us.

    Tidy accommodation and the location was perfect for us travelling by bicycle. Very close to train station and the top Funicular terminal. A leisurely 10 min walk into town, downhill. Communication with the owner was excellent, and he provided us with all the information for our stay. We were allowed to store our bikes inside with us.

    This was the 4th time that I choose the GuestHouse Lugano Center as accomodation if I stay in the beautiful Lugano. The place has a great & calm location, and they provide every guest the Ticino Ticket which allows discounted public transport opportunities in the region and free public transport in the city. This time we traveled with a small dog, he was also welcomed . We choose them next time too! :D

    This is a beautiful place to stay. Despite being winter we ate our lunch on the deck both days. The accommodation was warm, tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped. A central location and a 800metre walk to the train(with a little hill) and a short bus/walk to cafes and shops. Nice attractions and activities. We caught a bus to the base of the San Salvatore Mountain and walked to the top and also did the olive Tree Walk.
