    Everything was very clean. I had never stayed in a hostel and didn’t know what to expect but the room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was very clean as well.

    The views are incredible, I didn’t stay in one of the rooms that directly overlook the mountains, but it was a beautiful stay anyway! Small room without the shower and toilet actually had a sink and a mirror, making it way more comfortable that I expected. Shared showers and toilets very very clean. Breakfast served in front of a magnificent view, it is definetely a place worth spending a night or even more!

    Amazing location close to Zurich with beautiful views Active family spirit- the facilities for kids are incredible and activate parents to join their kids in fun time together Very kid friendly hotel, family room comfort really comfortable stay, after 2 nights felt really relaxed

    Great location with a fantastic view of the mountains and lake Lucerne. We travelled as a family of (4) and it was important for us to be in the same room. Its difficult to find accommodation outside of the major cities with enough beds that aren't a sofa and this place ticked the box.

    Location just 20minutes from Lucerne city, view was excellent, especially when winter season, all covered by snow, value of money, we chose holiday home and suitable for family comfortable to cook your own food, pool was awesome surrounded by snow and water was warm, kids were very happy and really enjoyed all facilities, very suitable for family with kids

    Facilities: swimming pool, games room, play room, stable. Food was amazing and free buffet for children is 100/10 (my picky eater was in awe for food served !). Very clean area and staff is amazing, above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and welcoming. And the views …
