It also has an easy to use parking place and a huge balcony. Check in is very easy with the agency close to it. Windows are to the east so, even with about 30 outside we had not to switch the AC on (end of June). In one sentence: if it's Grado, it's only Eldorado! The staff was wonderful, they fulfilled all our wishes and helped us in everything. We would also like to thank Signor Luca, who is a fantastic host. The room was nicely renovated, spacious, comfortable, super-clean, everything was perfect.
