Really good breakfast, extra friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and nicely done. The location is great and easy to find. They enable cheap parking, and they were really friendly to allow us leave the car a couple of hours more than the checkout. Recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect! All of the personnel was so very kind! The room was spacious and as clean as home. The breakfast was excellent with delicious home-made cakes and the best scrambled eggs ever. The hotel is right opposite to the bus station that takes you to Venice and to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Venice.

The owners were super friendly and nice. It was clear they care about the happiness of their guests. The room was nice, spacious, comfy bed, and delicious breakfast to be enjoyed by all. There were real roses in the room to make us feel more welcome, as well as a bowl of fresh fruits. Good lavazza coffee at will, with a fully equipped kitchen, just in case you’re not in the mood to eat out. Just a quick bus or tram ride from Venice train station, with the stop right under the windows makes it super accessible for travellers wishing to explore Venice all day long. They also let us stay a bit longer before check out due to the weather conditions without any problems.

Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice. The host Giuseppe gave us very good indications for our stay in Venice. All in all: very good place to be, we will for sure come back.

Handy location, Serena provided clear direction, made easy process for check in and check out. Free parking is available outside the property. The house is very clean, comfortable bed too!. Tea, coffee, water, biscuits, and lollies are provided. Whether it is for a couple of nights or longer, this is a perfect holiday accommodation!     The property was very spacious and clean, the host was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend people stay here to visit Venice, 7 minutes on the bus from the stop which is super close to walk to from the apartment. The accommodation is equipped with anything you would need for a lovely stay, fresh fruit in the fridge and pasta to use! Beautiful. Cant recommend highly enough

    Very nice and cosy accomodation with great access to the historical centre of Venice. The tram and bus station is right outside the house with trams leaving directly to Venice every few minutes 🤩. The supermarket is just a five minutes walk from the house. The accommodation was clean, spacious, with air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you might need during your trip 🤩. Also miss Sara was always happy to help when needed.

    Stayed here on the first and last day of our holiday, we booked again because we thought it was the perfect stay the first time. The location is great if using the bus station / train station, or the airport. Theres a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you could need, and it's very clean. The staff are also friendly - we got offered an upgrade & early check in for free which was really appreciated!

    This is a homestay with a clean and comfortable environment, convenient transportation and warm and thoughtful landlords. When you spend a day in Venice, the most ideal choice for stopping is this B&B. I seldom comment on past accommodation reservations, but this is what I really want to recommend.

    Very near to the tram stop to Venice which is only 15 mins ride and city centre of Mestre. Communication with the host was responsive and very pleasant experience to stay. The lift to the accommodation was a bonus. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Venice. Clean and big unit.

    The guys are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They created a lovely atmosphere and energy. Also, they went above and beyond my needs! Also the air conditioning in my room was amazing and powerful, I was always at the right temperature that I wanted. Very very comfortable bed! i have absolutely loved my stay and I would stay there again. Loved every minute. Thank you! it made the holiday!

    A&O Hostel Venezia Mestre is a good hostel for accommodation in a prime location. Venice is very easily accessible from Venezia Mestre, which is a plus point for staying at this hostel. The hostel premises are big, so it's good. Even with a lot of guests, there is not a lack of space. I like the Bar and the facilities available there.
