We especially enjoyed the complimentary beverage service. The staff was very helpful. Food was very good, but did not offer much in variety if staying multiple days. It's a little out of the way, but there is shuttle service available to Toba Station if you wish to venture off and do some sightseeing. The location is good (close to the train station). A old but beautiful Japanese style hotel. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and was able to deposit our luggage first. After one day tour, our luggage was already in our room. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot spring and the breakfast also. The hotel has Onsen/Spa which is very nice. Breakfast buffet (7-9am) and Dinner Buffet (1st round 5.30pm, 2nd round 7pm) provided varieties of Japanese and western food. Hotel offered free ramen after 9pm to all guests for free. The floor we stay have washing m/c and dryer. Also equipped wih water filling station.
