We ask her to serve breakfast earlier so we can travel to Krakow airport and catch our flight but what she did is prepare breakfast in boxes for us so we can take it before 7:00 am.

The staff was also great. The breakfast was plentiful, there was a wide selection. Some people here say it was loud - we didn't mind the street noise at all, even though we live in a family house at home where it's quiet. I recommend it 100%! :) At first it was strange that you had to book a separate appointment for the wellness, but in hindsight we now know that it was because the number of people allowed into the wellness was limited. Our child really liked it, although he could only use one pool, otherwise it was great for adults.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind to our family. They work very hard and need praise. Thank you.

The hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect and quiet location just in 5 min from the center, very comfortable rooms, everything clean and fresh. Breakfast is Ok. Parking was free for us.
