This modern and elegant 4-star hotel is only 2.5 mi from the city center, right next to Innsbruck Airport and the A12 motorway. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made the trip get off with a good start. The room was spacious and well equipped. Given the location of the hotel, the bus service was easily accessible and made travel into the heart of Innsbruck and back extremely easy. The breakfast service with nice strong coffee was also a great way to start the day, with a variety of foods and friendly waiting staff.

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Innsbruck. The location is only a short tram ride into the inner city, and offers parking on site which is really nice. We had a small issue with the toilet, it wasn't flushing, we let the owner know right away and on Christmas eve he was over to fix it right away. The apartment is very comfortable, small and cozy which is exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Austria!!!

Excellent value, fully stocked for cooking (even gave us full can of coffee) and cleaning supplies. Loved the views of mountain, comfortable bed and couch. Plus cool table to play cards on, again with comfortable chairs. Even had board games there. Lots of storage for clothes as well. Apartment is bigger than pictures show IMO. Really was great, and bus & tram stop is easy 5 minute walk along with grocery store. Property owner sent a video showing how to check in as well.

Innsbruck was Great!
Innsbruck was Great! I love the city and the people were friendly. Lots of Architecture and History to see. The public transportation is easy to use and we didn't need a car which was great. We went to the zoo (awesome) and Ambras Castle and a few churches (Beautiful). Also went to a Gundolf Tyrolian Dinner show which was fantastic. We didn't have a bad day, even when it was raining. Innsbruck is a very walkable city and there are sights everywhere. All the food we had was delicious too. Meow Meow Pizza was sooo yummy. I would recommend anyone to visit and I hope to be back some day.

We were transiting to Italy but were unexpectedly pleased with the river and scenery so close to the town. The buildings in the town were interesting and it was a pleasure to walk around a city not filled with the ubiquitous shops now found in so many destinations.

There's a real variety of activities to enjoy.
There's a real variety of activities to enjoy. We bought the Innsbruck Card and took two cable car trips into the mountains and enjoyed spectacular views. We also visited the Bergisel Ski Jump - something a bit different and impressed with the teenage ski jumpers who were training during our visit. The city feels very safe. Lovely shops & great restaurants, all with the backdrop of the Alps. We loved it!

The cable car to the Top of the Mountain was an excellent value and I'm SO glad we did this. The view is spectacular! We were skeptical about the weather but we were above the clouds at the Top and it was fantastic. The city is beautiful and a delight to wander around. Everyone should visit this great city.

Unexpected great discovery.
Unexpected great discovery. Visited in August and had an amazing experience, walking around the city and exploring nature around. Came by car from Luxembourg, roads were great, and not extremely busy. There are many hiking and biking trails with different degrees of difficulty just around the city, if traveling with small children, elder people or just don’t feel like walking up to the mountains, take the Nordkettenbahnen cable car from the city centre (c. 50 euros to the top), totally worth it. For some cultural activity, I recommend trying the Ambras castle. Just walking around the city and interacting with people was a great experience.

I loved the beauty of Innsbruck and the friendly, kind locals. There was a wine festival and the atmosphere was wonderful with local musicians dressed in Tyrolean outfits and playing delightful music. The shops were great with many beautiful, well-made things to buy. It was delightful to walk into the old town by the river and the water was a gorgeous teal colour. Also drinking water is very pure and does not have fluoride which was a bonus. I was so taken with Innsbruck that I can’t wait to return.
