Our experience surpassed our expectations. It's a lovely and comfortable inn. The staff are very nice and welcoming, and the food was great.

Cresta Thapama Hotel has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Francistown. The eggs (omlete, and scrambled) were too oily. Everything else was decent. Would have loved some honey to go with the muesli. Other than that I thought the hotel was much better than the three star rating it's given. Also thought the Door man/Bell Hop was a great guy.
