This hotel is situated near downtown Thunder Bay, just a 4-minute drive from Thunder Bay International Airport. It features two on-site restaurants, a lounge, and a modern fitness center. The recent renovations to the Valhalla hotel definitely exceeded my expectations as the room interior was similar to 5-star hotels that I’ve stayed in before. I was so pleasantly surprised and really impressed by it. I also really liked the restaurant/bar, it was excellent! Airport shuttle service was excellent, punctual and very useful if you’re traveling by plane. Really enjoyed my stay!

The Hampton Inn in Thunder Bay is a lovely hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly and our room was spacious, clean and modern. We had an excellent stay here.

The staff were both helpful and accommodating with all inquiries. The hotel breakfast was of good value and very tasty and the elevators were a great help with baggage transport.
