Had a long layover in Xiamen and wanted somewhere close to the airport for the night. The hotel is only a few mins drive from the airport and they have free airport pick up service (note- you need to call the hotel ahead to arrange). The actual hotel is beautifully decorated with different art installations and each room has a different theme. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms were great, we got 2 family rooms. The beds were very comfortable and had 2 bathrooms which was perfect. There was a buffet breakfast downstairs which made things much more convenient. They also did our washing when it was left in the basket, free of charge! The hotel is also extremely close to the airport.

Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN) Information

Location and Transport

Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is located at the northeast end of Xiamen island, about 6 miles (10 kilometres) from the downtown area, and connected by a shuttle bus service, which departs every 20 minutes outside T3 arrivals. Taxis are also available outside Arrivals areas, costing around RMB 40, with a journey time of 30 minutes.
