Located opposite Terminal 1 of Bremen Airport, this modern, 4-star hotel offers stylish accommodation and an elegant restaurant. Atlantic Hotel is just 3.5 km from Bremen's historic city centre. Absolutely perfect stay, friendly and smiling staff. Breakfast is served on the top floor where you have a perfect view. Plenty of options, both hot and cold, good coffee and bread. You have a tram (no 3) in front of the hotel that takes you to the city centrer in 15 min and also takes you directly to the science museum, which is quite nice. As it was my birthday, I had requested a room with a view and a sunny morning - I received a room with a view of the park in front of the airport (obviously all rooms benefit from that beautiful view) and, of course, a sunny day in Bremen. Thank you very much guys. would love to be back one day.

Bremen is a lovely place.
Bremen is a lovely place. Very quaint. Decaf coffee originated here (I didn't know that!!). Its a good place to explore and also close to Hamburg if you fancy a day trip. Everywhere is very clean. If going of a weekend, I would recommend booking somewhere for lunch / dinner as it got very busy.

We felt completely at home...wonderful City for doing walks & enjoying the vast array of awesome buildings, parks & different museums. Everyday was a new thrilling experience for us which we embraced totally. The restaurants are excellent along with the other small bars & cafés. At night the "light boxes" have large displays on the front of the older buildings in the centre of town which was so amazing! Getting around is simple as there is the most wonderful tram system. We also payed a visit to watch Werder Bremen which was so magical within the ground, facilities & atmosphere second to none, thank you for a great match!!

Beautiful city.
Beautiful city. The people were friendly. The Altstadt is compact and very walkable. The green spaces were beautiful, we took a wegbeir to the former moat around sunset and it was lovely. The Wesser promenade and Becks tour were highlights.

Bremen is a good weekend hangout place.
Bremen is a good weekend hangout place. Obviously, depends on the company you are with, the weather, and the place you chose to spend your nights in. I would strongly recommend Parkhotel Bremen as it gives you that exact mix of pleasant stay in a great location, amazing Spa facilities and, if you are at all into smoking cigars, a very nice Cigar Lounge.

Bremen is quite small with a few attractions.
Bremen is quite small with a few attractions. It's easy to visit everything in a day. Apart from the old town, Bremen seems to be quite rough though so you wouldn't want to linger. Good point is that it's just a couple of hours from Hamburg and Cuxhaven, which can be visited as day trips. Niedersachsen ticket gives you unlimited travel on regional trains and it's not expensive at all.

Bremen is such a lively, historically interesting city.
Bremen is such a lively, historically interesting city. From the river and it's busy maritime activity to the cool, green spaces of its many parks there is so much to enjoy. Touring the Mercedes Benz factory or visiting the outstanding Emigration Museum in Bremerhaven or taking a tour of the mediaeval Town Hall. This is something for everyone.
