We have stayed here a few times and we always travel with our bicycles in storage boxes. The staff arranges to store the cases until we take the shuttle to the airport. The staff are friendly and courteous and the short shuttle ride to the airport is a great service.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport serves as the rest of the world’s gateway to Spain. The distance to Madrid city centre is 11 miles (18 kilometres), so getting there by taxi, train or Metro doesn’t take long. The latter is the easiest and cheapest option. Simply hop on Metro Line 8 at Nuevos Ministerios station for a direct connection to Terminals 1-4. The journey takes around 15 minutes.

    I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!
