Large and comfy bed, quite convenient bathroom half open to bedroom (shower and toilet separated but sink and mirror open to the room). I skipped breakfast but dinner was great. Had a beef tartare, taste good 👍 minor is not homemade french fries... Easy to get to from orly terminal 4 (the main interest to stay there). About 15 20 minutes to orly 1 by walking (if u don't want to take the shuttle). Got a free upgrade to business room 🤗

The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made my arrival and departure smooth, and it was also surprisingly easy to reach the center of Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative, making the whole stay feel welcoming and relaxed. I also really appreciated the small garden—very cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained.

And from terminal 4 orly airport, easy to find bus stop 6 where the shuttle picks you up. In the room there’s everything you need, even pillows were orthopedic. Classical breakfast, huge lobby area even with a screen about flights info. Worth the money.

The TV remote control was broken, and didn't have all the functions necessary to access my flash USB that I connected to the TV in order to watch my series and favorite movies. No help whatsoever from personnel on this matter. Even though I hanged the "dont disturb me" sign on the door handle, still they woke me upp to ask if I wanted the maid to do the room, veeery annoying.

We booked the Campanile as convenient for the airport. Except taxi drivers don't know where it is so it cost far more to get here than it should. The area isn't great and I wouldn't have felt safe walking outside in the evening - not that there's anywhere to go to eat. So you're stuck with the Campanile restaurant which served up a mix of very good and very poor food.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I picked out Ibis because it was the nearest. Next time I'll go for the Mercure. Farther away but at least you can get dinner there and the personnel does not look as if it is seriously over-worked.

Distance to Orly airport. 24- hour check-in. Had some drinks and snacks at reception bar. The main problem with shuttle service it is not sutable for late fligts. No information regarding facility number of hotel's address at Booking.com/ This information has to be added!

We did not like the place or the hotel. Even the Airport is nearby, the public transportation (including taxis) is non-existent. The only good thing was the restaurant in front of the hotel: great food and nice staff.
