The ibis Paris Cœur d'Orly Airport is located just 300 meters from Paris-Orly Airport (a 3-minute walk from Terminal 4, connected by a motorized pedestrian covered walkway) and 16 km from the center... The location and the availability of food and drinks is everything for travelers who are on the go. It's right beside the bridge to ORLY airport. You can take the lift or use the stairs with a ramp to drag your luggage and in less than 10 minutes of walking, you're right at the airport... The hotel has its own restaurant and a Starbucks kiosk. Very casual and cozy... If you arrive late, they at least have a Starbucks coffee machine operating and some vending machines for quick drinks and snacks. Quick checkout like most traveler inns, so no need to waste time with the check out process... I've been to several traveler's inns, and this has got to be one of my favorites now. Their rooms are more spacious than most I've seen around Paris, too. Definitely going back here again should I ever need to stay near ORLY airport.

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I picked out Ibis because it was the nearest. Next time I'll go for the Mercure. Farther away but at least you can get dinner there and the personnel does not look as if it is seriously over-worked.

We booked the Campanile as convenient for the airport. Except taxi drivers don't know where it is so it cost far more to get here than it should. The area isn't great and I wouldn't have felt safe walking outside in the evening - not that there's anywhere to go to eat. So you're stuck with the Campanile restaurant which served up a mix of very good and very poor food.

Everything was great…. Information on transfers available to/from airport…. Easy access to hotel… great courteous and helpful staff… Although small, very comfortable and well appointed, clean room. Will gladly stay there on my next trip.

Distance to Orly airport. 24- hour check-in. Had some drinks and snacks at reception bar. The main problem with shuttle service it is not sutable for late fligts. No information regarding facility number of hotel's address at Booking.com/ This information has to be added!

The TV remote control was broken, and didn't have all the functions necessary to access my flash USB that I connected to the TV in order to watch my series and favorite movies. No help whatsoever from personnel on this matter. Even though I hanged the "dont disturb me" sign on the door handle, still they woke me upp to ask if I wanted the maid to do the room, veeery annoying.
