Despite you are so close to the airport, you don't hear the sound of the planes, we had opened windows and we could sleep ( but that's individual and we have been there in the beginning of October).There are small nice terraces, three of them,well equipped kitchen and lot of food 🥑 for the breakfast, water, coffee ☕ too, which helps you so much with organizing the day. It's all modern furnitured. Nice warm interior light. Nice helpful owners.

Featuring lake views and a garden, Corfu City Design Residence provides accommodation attractively situated in Corfu Town, within a short distance of Royal Baths Mon Repos, Mon Repos Palace and... We just got off catamaran and wished to book a nice comfy place for a one night stay close to the airport. What we got: 1. Amazing host that picked us up in the marina, stored our luggage, took us to the city center and gave recomendations to beutiful places to visit, later took us back to the apartment, and the next morning took us to the airport!! 2. Amazing apartment with very comfortable beds and launge area - just what we needed after the entire week of sailing. 3. Amazing terrace view to the airport piste where you can sit, enjoy your drink of choice and watch planes landing (apartment is well soundproofed no noise inside!). All in all, thanks to Andreas (the host) our stay in Corfu become much more than we hoped for, and we thank him for this wonderful experience.

The hotel, food and accommodation is lovely. The beds and pillows were proper lush! Really clean - spotless. Lots of attention to detail - pods for the nespresso machine daily, washing up things provided etc. Nothing too big an ask. Great hosts!

A picturesque romantic village in the suburb of the main town, very close to the main roads to the town center, port, and all beaches. You can reach each part of the island very easily and fast from it. The Potamos is with lots of green, hills, the streets are narrow and curvaceous, some along the small river, with flowers, old-style buildings, stone houses, but also modern villas. However, there are also proper streets to park and go to the main roads. There are little supermarkets and big LIDL in the neighborhood. There are city buses to take you to the town center or different beaches (Glyfada, Pelakas, Dassia, Ipssos, etc.) for small money. Very beautiful, quiet, and romantic, but also very practical to go everywhere in the Corfu.

Arriving by ferry this house was ideal as it was close to the port so no worries about luggage etc.walking into Corfu town is possible though after leaving the street the house is on there is an uphill road which may be a challenge to some. Quiet neighborhood although planes can be heard (Corfu airport busy in the summer) but gone within seconds and no more noticeable than a motorbike passing the house. Supermarket nearby and fresh fruit and veg shop so if you’re staying a few days self catering is no problem. We only stayed one night so didn’t try the bar next door (Epic Bar) but there were guests there when we went to bed but they were respectfully quiet, no loud music or anything .

Our stay at this newly furnished accommodation was nothing short of delightful. One of the standout features was the ease with which we could find the location—clear and well-placed signs guided us effortlessly to the site, ensuring a stress-free arrival. The inclusion of netted windows was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to enjoy fresh air without the worry of insects. Furthermore, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. The airport is reachable by foot in about 20 minutes and likely even quicker by bus, making our departure smooth and efficient. Additionally, the property is just a 5-minute walk from a Lidl and about a 10-minute walk from the Green Bus Station providing a great option for taking public transport and convenient grocery shopping. Whether you choose to walk, take public transport, or shop locally, the location offers a significant advantage. Once sentence to describe it: Overall, this accommodation provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and ease.

This is the oldest region of Corfu, located on the southern outskirts of the town near Mon Repos with its beautiful gardens that are open to the public free of charge. Kanoni (Mouse Island) is just 2km and a short bus ride, and where many enjoy viewing planes taking off and landing at the airport. The bus service passes nearby and it takes 10 minutes to travel into town at a cost of 1 euro, 70 cents. For those with good mobility, both the old and new towns are about a 30-minute walk along Garitsa Bay, or you can walk through the suburbs and visit the numerous small churches, shops and cafes along the way. Anemomylos is located near the bay with two small beaches, numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, most of which have garden areas located on the greens opposite. The atmosphere is cordial, good humoured and pleasant, with a mixture of local resident flats and apartments, many converted to holiday accomodation and there is one large hotel of high standard. This is an ideal location for those who enjoy the outdoors, walking, eating, drinking and relaxing with the locals.
