Excellent location, very convenient to reach all the main attractions. Having a parking lot is a big plus. The view from our room was amazing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. With its scenic views of Hornafjördur Lagoon and Vatnajökull Glacier, this guest house offers rooms with bright, country-style décor. WiFi and parking are free. Höfn town centre is only 2 km away. Self check in was easy and quick, everything was organised for when I arrived. Room was clean and although basic had everything I needed. I had a good nights sleep and didn’t get troubled by any noise. The access room to the property is a short gravel road but fine for cars. The car park was busy but is large enough to accommodate plenty of cars. The shared kitchen was large and clean. The free coffee machine was appreciated and delivered good coffee. There was enough equipment and utensils to cook your own meal and indeed some people were doing so. Check out was easy and the location of the hotel was just a free miles from the town so easy to get to via car. I would be happy to stay here again.
