Just a 20-minute walk from Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport, this modern NH hotel has a relaxing sauna, an international restaurant and a fitness area. It offers stylish rooms with free WiFi. We appreciated the kindness and welcoming smile of the reception staff. The check in was quick and efficient and the rooms were ready we didn't have to wait which was great because we arrived late after midnight. The welcoming tea and biscuits also reflected a warm and caring atmosphere.

When I booked a room, Roberto (the owner of the guesthouse) immediately texted me in WhatsApp in order to ask the information that was necessary for check-inn. He also asked me when I arrived and then Roberto sent me photos of how to get to my room (where I could find the keys, which codes were needed, etc). The guesthouse is really close to the airport. There is a walking path that goes from the bus station (if you come from Milan by bus) directly to the guesthouse. It takes around 10 mins on foot. The room was clean and cozy. I had a balcony which was comfortably furnished with the pillows on the chairs and flowers on the table. When moving out, I asked Roberto to give me one document that I needed and he did it really quickly. Thank you so much for the facilities, I really enjoyed my stay!

Tea, coffee and a little something for breakfast - more than enough. Nice place to have dinner just across the street and next door as well. No staff, but the self check is made easy thanks to the detailed information provided.

We stayed as a family only for one night before our flight back home. The host was exceptional! Really helped us with everything we asked. The apartment was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed and more (laundry detergents). The kitchen was highly equipped, even with spices and coffee.

We stayed 1 night before heading for an early flight in the morning. We didn't stay in this apartment as there was a problem with the water, but the host met us here and took us to another accommodation (which was huge and top spec with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). There were bottles of water and snacks left for us. The upstairs apartment had a huge balcony which had the sun, together with table chairs. Great communication from the host and we used them for a transfer to the airport in the morning for a very early flight (Euro 20). Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
