Naples International Airport (NAP) Information
Location and Transport
Naples International Airport is located 3 miles (5 kilometres) northeast of central Naples, in the Capodichino district of the city. It is easily reached either by bus or taxi. The Naples Alibus shuttles between the airport, the city centre and central train station, departing every 20-30 minutes. A taxi will cost EUR 40 and take about 15 minutes.

There is a special ‘capsule’ hotel – the first-ever to open in Italy – inside the airport, and several other hotels within 5 kilometres, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. Naples was so much fun!
Naples was so much fun! We loved exploring the historic center, especially on Spaccanapoli and Via dei Tribunali - so many restaurants and bars along there. Naples is not everyone’s cup of tea, as it’s extremely dirty and overcrowded with rubbish everywhere and traffic all the time with a lot of it driving on pavement, that said it’s beautiful in its own unique way with hundreds of churches and monuments, my advice is to do your research and decide what to do , a walking tour , visit the castle for amazing views . A catacombs tour, trip to Pompeii or Herculaneum, ferry across to Sorrento, so lots to see but get a good hotel to relax in after sightseeing.Guest review byAlexUnited Kingdom - 10.0
