Featuring an indoor and outdoor pool, קיבוץ אילות - חדרי אירוח עם בריכה משותפת is 6 km north of Eilat and its beach. It offers spacious rooms, and a garden with free BBQ facilities. We had two self-catering mini-houses on the kibbutz and prepared our own food in the immaculate kitchenettes, so I can't review the restaurant facilities. The accommodation was simple but excellent, with very comfortable beds & linen. Everything was spotless and the air conditioning / heating was effective and easy to use. But the two things that really sold the place to us were the kindness & friendliness of the staff, and the delightful surroundings - houses are set in a beautifully-kept, mature garden with birds & flowering shrubs everywhere, and a backdrop of mountains. It's also only a short and easy drive to the seafront so is an ideal base from which to visit Eilat and go walking in the nearby valleys.

By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in israel, the food was 10/10 the staff were 10/10 the facilities 10/10 i honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation, we loved it so much we begged for an extra night and didn’t mind the extra cost.
