The room was super big, complete with balcony and a huge bathroom. Not to mention the free beer and breakfast!

From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by every member of the staff; from the helpfulness of the check in to the man who helped us find a close parking lot. The room was HUGE. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the breakfast buffet convinced us to book another Route Inn hotel in Nagoya. But the BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. Every staff member we encountered (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping} were exceptional in every way.

Nao also helped us with transport by calling a taxi and provided great local recommendations that enriched our experience. The house itself was well-equipped and cozy, offering a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. We especially appreciated how it preserved the traditional Japanese aesthetic while ensuring all the essentials were available. We highly recommend Nao’s place to anyone visiting Aomori—whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or solo. It’s a perfect blend of hospitality, comfort, and cultural charm.
