I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. The location is excellent for the airport. Room was small (you are in Japan) but clean and quiet.

The onsen on roof is great. You can also go there from the cheaper Villa Fontaine (non-Premier) next door but I believe there is some kind of charge. The location is super because it's attached to a part of the aiport with lots of restaurants so plenty of options for supper if you don't fancy going far.

The hotel is located within the Haneda Innovation Center, it has 2 wonderful restaurants within 50m of the hotel, within the HIC complex. Great place to stay.
