Rooms also huge and the most comfortable beds we've slept in for the entire 3 weeks of our multi-city stay in Japan.

The shuttle from the thermal and back arrived exactly on time. Beautiful view from the room window, big choice of delicious tea in the room. Several our luggage items been sent from another hotel was delayed, but the hotel staff fixed everything within 40 minutes. "Family Mart" grocery located in the lobby and has more choice of products than city branches.
